FALL EDITION Naturally colored & darkened wood finished with the Shou Sugi Ban technique & deeply treated with oils & waxes to naturally seal the wood. Two handles (a set) shown in first photo will be the style you recieve. Oak Handles inspired by & based on historical finds from Hedeby perfect for crafting your own historical bag for your next Viking market or adventure! Bag handles measured at widest 3/4" tall & almost 8" wide // 1.9 cm tall & 20 cm wide. Fits a leather round cord /lucet cord / up to 5mm or a thin silk or wool tablet woven band. Bags are best made our of wool or leather & a linen lining can be added. These handles are based on Historical finds from Hedeby Germany, & were used to make bags.
