Description
Beautiful floating texture excellent for sheltering baby shrimp or fry; Or even to help a skittish betta! 3x Plantlets will be at least an inch across each, with multiple leaves. A rare new strain of Frogbit! Easy care, & interesting. These are grown with minimal fertilizer & average light/ room temperatures. They also grow in my unheated, unfiltered walstad tanks as well, so you know they are hardy! Do note, however, that you can expect stronger growth & brighter stripes when they live under better light. For reference, I have Nicrew SkyLEDs on ten gallon tanks. Temps fluctuate between 65F in the winter to 80F in the summer. I grow these in my personal happy community tanks with colorful guppies, snails, shrimp, & of course, lots of plants! If you'd absolutely rather not have snail hitchhikers, It would be best to look up how to do a preventative bleach dip on the interwebs :) These are snipped/ harvested & packed right before shipment. I'm very careful, & I use methods that have consistently gotten the best results over years. Lot of love going into this hobby. Please don't leave them in a mailbox, as they are not frost hardy, nor can they safely survive in a hot tin box in the summer. 3x Tiger Stripe Frogbit Floaters, Live Freshwater Aquarium Plants, Low Tech, Aquatic Plant, Fry, Shrimp Safe Salvinia Water Lettuce
