Heeding the Second Commandment, "You shall not make yourself a graven image..." they placed symbols on their shekel. in response to a visit by the Emperor Hadrian, in 130 C.E. to establish a Roman colony on the ruins of Jerusalem, the Jews began a second revolt under Simeon Bar-Kochba (Son of the Star).
