Store carefully & individually in a dry place to avoid scratches or corrosive damp. How to clean silver jewels? (Not gold plated Silver oxidize naturally with time & with contact to the skin. This is a beautiful & natural look of the metals, but it's possible with a bit of cleaning once in a while to maintain the new, shining, bright look of the metal. Use a bit of lemon or vinegar to soak the jewel, & a soft cloth to rub the jewel until it shines again. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, including items that may get lost or damaged en route. Please make sure that returned jewelry is unworn & in their original condition & packaging. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: Unfortunately, I cannot accept a return in which integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened & resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company. RETURNED MAIL: I cannot offer a refund for a return if: 1) The address provided was incorrect. 2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
