This listing is for a set of three 7-1/2" salad plates in an unknown pattern. The cherry blossom backmark dates the pieces to 1924. The mark was used on pieces Morimura (Noritake) supplied to various china companies, which then decorated & sold the pieces. The pattern evokes the Arts & Crafts era with its stylized ode to nature. The rim pattern & central image feature vibrant flowers on a branch garland, & the decorative edge resembles waves. The trim is gold. The plates are in very good vintage used condition; light utensil marks, minor wear to the trim, & a few imperfections from the time of manufacture.
