Develop Only: We turn your film into negatives. NO PRINTS OR DIGITAL DOWNLOAD LINK TO YOUR IMAGES ARE INCLUDED. Develop Only & Digital Download Link To Images: We develop your film into negatives & give you a digital download link to your images. Develop & Prints: We develop your film into negatives & then print a copy of each photo. Convo us to pick a surface finish, or let us choose. (NO DIGITAL DOWNLOAD LINK INCLUDED) Develop, Prints, & Digital Download Link: We develop your film into negatives, print a copy of each photo, & give you a Digital Download Link to your digital images. 2) Send your film to us at the following address: THE PRINT REFINERY - LOUISVILLE EAST ATTN: Etsy 9451 Westport Road, Suite #119 Louisville, KY 40241 Make sure your name is somewhere on or in the package, in a form that will be recognizable as belonging to the same Etsy customer who placed the order. 3) Use the personalization field to specify matte or glossy finish for your prints, & provide your name + address for us to send your final product. NOTE: Negatives will be cut & sleeved in the usual plastic folding sleeves. Prints will be the standard 4x6" size. Matte Finish reduces the appearance of fingerprints. Glossy Finish adds a shiny appearance to each image. 4) Ship your film to our store, we'll process & send it back to you; you'll get a tracking notification when it ships back. If there are any issues, we'll contact you with further details. If your film turns out to be blank, we will charge you the "develop only" price & refund additional charges. If it's damaged by our mistake, we'll give you a refund How To Prepare Your Items for Shipping: Photos + Slides - Neatly stack these in an envelope or plastic re-sealable baggie. Do not send picture frames, photo albums or sleeves. Film Feels - If your film reels have a fitted container, keep them stored there. If not, carefully tape the end of the film to the edge of the reel so it doesn't accidentally tangle or unwind in transit. VHS Tapes - Pack VHS tapes in their cardboard VHS Tape sleeves if possible. If not, consider using a large envelope or baggie for a little added protection. Rolls of film - Pack rolls in a plastic resealable baggie.
