Stylistic & stunning old ring, the central opal measures approximately 6.7mm x 5.3mm with an estimated weight of .54 carat, It is set within a beautiful crown that measures approximately 13.2mm x 12.5mm & rises 4.75mm from the finger. This floral design crown is inset with eight old European cut diamonds totaling an estimated .50 ctw. The ring is solid 14k yellow gold with a smooth polished shank that measures 2mm at the back. This ring is in excellent antique condition. Ladies' 14 karat yellow gold opal & diamond Art Deco Style ring. The ring contains one center oval opal cabochon, multi-prong set, with measurements of 6.70 x 5.30 x 2.70 mm. & has an estimated weight of .54 ct. The opal is described as having a crystal body color with slight red, orange, yellow, green, blue & violet play of color with a fair polish. The ring also contains eight side old european cut diamonds, bezel set, with average estimated weights of .0625 ct. each, total side diamond weight for the ring is .50 ct. The diamonds have an average quality of VS-SI clarity & G color with poor proportions & polish.
