Description
This little beauty depicts a view from one of my favorite places I have journeyed to over the last 10 years - the trails in the Chugach Mountains in Alaska. This view was inspired by a photo a friend posted on her IG. Her name is Madison or Maddy & she spends most of her free time exploring the Alaskan wilderness. I got to experience these same trails with a dear friend, Cullen during my only visit to Alaska. I have painted this with ink & acrylics on a canvas board with an amazing vintage gold metal frame. A colorful bubble design dances around throughout the image, playing off the black linework to give just a slightly more funky/abstract feel to my usual style.
