It is made of permanent vinyl intended for indoor or outdoor use. Permanent vinyl adheres firmly to any hard, finished surface. The decal will withstand snow, wind, salt & sunshine. COLOR: You may choose a color from the color chart. If no color is indicated, the decal will be made in light blue (as pictured). FREE SHIPPING: Orders are completed within 1-3 days of ordering. They are shipped via USPS first class mail at no charge. Priority Mail or Priority Express shipping is available for an additional fee. We can discuss your needs & create a custom order just for you! RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY: Due to the custom nature of vinyl decals, Gold Medal Graphics does not accept returns. If your decal arrives damaged, an identical replacement decal will be sent to you. A photo of the damaged decal prior to install will be required for a replacement. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Each decal will have three parts: Backing sheet, decal & clear transfer film. It is normal during shipping for your decal to appear wavy or slightly lifted from the backing sheet. This is normal. Follow the directions below for a successful application of your decal. 1.Lay your decal on its face & rub firmly with a squeegee or credit card to smooth out the decal. 2. Clean your surface with soap & water or rubbing alcohol. Let dry. 3.With the decal still lying on its face, slowly peel away the backing paper starting at a corner & pulling diagonally to the opposite corner. If a piece of the decal sticks to the backing paper, press it back down & try again. 4.Apply your decal leaving the clear film on the decal for now. Avoid touching the decal adhesive. 5.Press the decal firmly to your surface. Use a flat tool, a credit card works well, to smooth the decal & remove any bubbles. 6.Lastly, pull the clear film from the front of the decal. Start at a corner. SLOWLY, pull the transfer paper back over itself to the opposite corner. Do not pull straight away from your surface as this may lift your decal.
