Description
This charming vintage paperweight commemorates the United States of America's bicentennial, back in 1976. It is made from a golden coin or medal, encased in acrylic or lucite. The base has a flattened portion so that it can sit solidly on a shelf or desk, & the piece has a rounded, dome or disc like shape. This collectible piece measures approximately 3.25 inches across, 3 inches high, & 1.5 inches front to back. It is in overall very good vintage condition, with a few marks along the bottom edges & minimal/minor wear to its surface. It is perfect for a collector & displays beautifully. This is an unusual collectible piece that is reminiscent in style to pieces from the mid century era.
