It is relatively easy to wash synthetic braids . You can shower & shampoo your hair whilst wearing locs ( 1:10 shampoo to water) Rinse well to ensure there is no residue left in the braids. Let the hair air dry. Do not use a hair dryer. Don't wash your braids more often than necessary. The 1-2 weeks span would be optimal.
