Beautiful African Fair Trade recycled glass beads! These recycled glass beads are made in Ghana by the Krobo mountain tribe using a unique glass making technique that is been used for centuries. The Krobo tribe glass makers grind up vintage glass bottles & pour the powder into clay molds for baking. This process creates the beautiful cloudy effect of sea glass that washes up on the shore. Large hole African glass beads in packs of (10) beads. The beads are 12-16mm round & remind me of sea glass I picked up on the beach as a child. The hole opening is 2.5 - 3mm large enough for leather cord!!
