Simple ordering process. Ordering is simple; 1. Choose the size you'd like & the number of people that will be in the final picture. 2. Place the order. 3. Send us the photo you'd like us to work from via Etsy messenger not email . Send the best quality image you can, the better the original photo you send the better image I can create. Make sure the image has not been compressed. Note, images saved from some social media platforms are compressed & very small in size. Let us know if you have any special requests, for example removing people or backgrounds or adding a message etc. 4. A proof/sample will be sent to you via Etsy messeges. At this stage we can make any adjustments or changes. 5. As soon as you approve your proof, we will process your order & send it to our printer or send you the high resolution file if you ordered the digital option.
