A little silver, black, maroon, white & a tiny, tiny bit of green & blue. A solid Fordite cabochon, also known as Detroit Agate made into a custom sterling silver & fine silver ring. I added a tube set Purple Amethyst gemstone to the side for a little pizzazz! The pictures came out a little more blue because of the lighting I used, the ring is a true purple. The video shows the colors better. Imagine the conversation piece you would have with this one of a kind ring especially if you are a car enthusiast. Metal Flake & Solid Colors. Custom double half round wire band, 3.8 MM wide at the bottom. Ring is a size 6.5 Solid Fordite, there is NO resin. Fordite is not an agate, just was one time called that because of the different colors in the swirled pieces. The original material came from the Ford Rouge Plant by Detroit, Michigan. Paint over-spray built up in layers onto metal racks that transported new car bodies in the Ford paint shop.
