Thank you for looking at this beautiful Christmas Elf top hat tree topper that is made on a 10" red velvet top hat with a handmade wired ribbon bow using a variety of gorgeous, wired ribbons. The ribbons may vary slightly as I run out of a particular ribbon. But it will be a different gold or plaid. The top hat is sprinkled with crystal glitter to give it that freshly frozen look for the holiday season. I have added a precious elf that has posable arms & legs.
