Proofing Process: By default, we do not provide proofs for every order unless specifically requested by the customer on the order form. This is done in order to streamline the production process & offer shorter processing times. If you require a proof of your design before proceeding with production, please clearly communicate this request at the time of placing your order & we will send a digital mockup within 5-6 business days. If more than 2 proofs are needed for your product, additional days will need to be added to the processing time as well as an additional fee to cover extra design time. By choosing not to request a proof, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided specifications, including but not limited to design, spelling, grammar, dimensions, & other details. We will not be held liable for any errors or discrepancies that may occur in the final product if a proof was not requested.
