This is a fantastic Vintage Surreal Abstract Original Painting signed & dated (May 67") by Raimundo Martin. This piece is also marked Mexico, from a period Martin spent time living in Mexico. Done in an Abstracted Surreal fashion, popular of the era. This Original Fine Art painting is done with Gouache & Ink on paper, matted & Framed under glass. Raimundo Martin is known for his intensely detailed & provocative imagery, & masterful construction. Signed & Dated in the lower right hand corner. Please inquire with questions. This piece is in excellent vintage condition, with definite, though very subtle signs of age & wear to the wooden frame. Mat is original to the painting, (as he always matted & framed his own work) with a painted interior edge, with a definite "Hand Cut" finish, though not a perfect cut, it is the original artist cut mat, which I have left as is.
