Vintage Holiday (Christmas) by Bonnie & Camille for Moda Quilt Kit 54"x68" with Thimble Blossoms Pattern - Rare OOP. Vintage Holiday fabric has been out of print (OOP) for some time. It was & continues to be a very popular collection. (This is the original Vintage Holiday not Vintage Holiday 2/Vintage Holiday Modern). Please look at & enlarge the pictures for a more detailed view. The fat quarters (except the grey dot) are originals from the collection, as is the white tree border. The second picture will give to you a visual of the fabric layout. The grey dot is Moda from a different holiday collection & is used in the quilt as the ornament tops. It was selected to compliment the Moda white on white dot background fabric. The sashing is an Aqua blue Grunge from Moda (see the 3rd picture which is a better picture for the actual color) & really adds to the vintage look. The small red dot fabric is the binding, a Henry Glass holiday print chosen to keep the subtle dot coordination going & in scale with the white tree outer border. It's hard to believe these fabrics weren't part of the original collection. All of the colors & prints in the quilt are amazing! The pattern is Vintage Holiday by Thimble Blossoms by Camille Roskelley who is one the the fabric designers. The fabric featured on the pattern is Vintage Holiday Modern & not the original Vintage Holiday prints in this kit. You will receive a printed copy of the individually purchased digital pattern (copies purchased are linked to my account). This is why you will receive the print copy, in order to keep track & assure only the number of copies purchased are used). The pattern is exceptionally well written with clear diagrams & instructions. The pattern would be appropriate for a confident beginner. The pattern would be versatile to use again with a different fabric collection. The ornament block is 12 1/2" x 12 1/2" & opens up use for other projects. This is a quilt that won't go out of style & can be used year after year. A Bonnie & Camille classic to treasure. Fabric is new, unwashed 100% cotton, which has been carefully stored.
