A nice hand thrown pottery bowl or tray hand crafted by Linda Sharpless of Spruce Pine, North Carolina. This large stoneware bowl features a stamped design in the center that forms a Christmas tree design. This low bowl or tray is glazed in a rich purple glaze around the sides with a pale green center area. It measures 10" wide by 1.125" tall at the rim. The underside has the LJS artist stamp along with Spruce Hill NC ink stamp mark. A partial sticker on the base mentions the perfect Christmas tree. The condition is nice & original on this North Carolina studio pottery piece. A cool pottery piece for your Christmas holiday table decoration.
