Current turnaround times can be found in our shop announcement. All personalized products require proof approval prior to shipping. Custom footprint, handprint, & ultrasound orders will not be scheduled to be made until we have received both the order & the necessary files from the buyer. Ornaments use your baby's actual Ultrasound photo along with their name or "our baby". Images & text can only be printed on one side. Please be sure to select the appropriate option at checkout: USE CUSTOM = You would like to use your baby's actual ultrasound photo. There is one-time fee to have each image sent converted into a digital illustration. Once on file, they can be used over & over again for future purchases. If purchasing multiple products using the same ultrasound photo in the SAME TRANSACTION you can also select "USE FROM PAST ORDER" for the second, third & fourth (etc) item purchased. USE FROM PAST ORDER = Ultrasound photo has already been converted into a digital illustration & are on file from a prior order. USE STOCK = The ultrasound photo is the one used in the sample image.
