Description: Vintage shorts from the 1990s. Zips & buttons at the front high waist. Five pocket styling. Decorative fringe around the pockets & along back yoke. Hems are made to look like they've been cut, leaving fringe, but the hems are actually factory stitched to prevent any unraveling. Any condition issues or flaws to note?: There is a small white paint mark on the front & two on the back. I don't see any other issues. No odors. Material: Cotton. Woven, with no stretch. Machine wash. Brand/Label: No Excuses Any hang tags still attached?: No. Size Marked: Vintage 15/16 Measurements: Waist: 31" Hips: 42" Outside length down side seam including waistband: 16" Inseam: 2.5" Rise: 13.75" including waistband Leg opening: 12.75" across front Measurements for bust/chest, waist, & hips are taken across front & doubled. If there is any stretch to the fabric or if there is elastic I will note it. Dress form measures about 33-24-34 so items larger than that are usually pinned at the back. You MUST use the measurements given to determine fit and/or compare to a similar item you may already own.
