However, where people have come together at the Neutral Ground, Jazz, Money (Dix), & Gumbo have been created! Neutral Grounds are also where people put their cars when it rains because the Neutral Ground is physically higher. So whether you have a BMW or a VW Bug, you are up on the Neutral Ground.
