Select if you will email your excel spreadsheet or if you need me to send you a google sheets in the personalization box leave the following information: Return address Working email address Ink color (see listing photo for color choices) Please let me know if you will be emailing me a spreadsheet or if you need me to send you a google sheets. If you would like to email me an excel spreadsheet please send it nolaloulou0620@gmail.com If you select google sheet within 24 hours of purchase you will receive a google sheets from nolaloulou0620@gmail.com Please follow the directions on the google sheets Double check your google sheet, I will make no changes to the information that you have listed. No error refunds will be given. Once you have emailed or completed the spread sheet please let me know via email or through Etsy conversation A PDF of the addresses will be sent to you for one last review before the envelopes are printed. {IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER} Once we have submitted your order for printing, we are unable to cancel the printing order/process to make edits to your design. Please make sure to double check that the details on your design are correct PRIOR to giving your final design approval. This means even double-check my original work, I am human & do make errors as well! We will not make any changes to your design after you have given your final approval & the print order has been submitted. If changes are required, & we have already submitted the design to be printed...you will be responsible for the additional printing charges to reprint your order, additional shipping charges, as well as any editing fees charged by us. {PRINTING ERRORS} If you find an error with your printing order. Please let us know within 2 business days of receiving your order. You will be asked to provide a photograph showing the error. If the error is due to a mistake made by NOLA Lou Lou we will send your order in to be reprinted free of charge. We do not reprint orders free of charge due to edits missed by the client.
