The Fostoria Crystal Company introduced their famous COLONY pattern in 1940 & produced it until 1973. It is a heavy, swirled pattern. The lidded candy box is 6 1/2" in diameter. It is bright & shiny & in excellent used condition with signs of normal, careful use. This piece originally had paper labels & is not marked Fostoria as is typical of this pattern.
