I absolutely adore this painting of Woodburn Square in Cincinnati, OH. I set a goal for myself on this piece to paint more loosely than my usual style, & I think the impressionism style looks great in this painting. This piece would look amazing in any home or office, & would be easy to frame or display on it's own (I have it leaning on a windowsill right now & I love it). This painting was made with Blick acrylic paints on a 5x7 hardboard panel. The panel is 1/8 of an inch thick. It has been varnished to protect the surface & unify the colors, so this painting will look the same for many years. You could display this painting as-is by leaning it on a small shelf or coffee table, you could use a small easel to display it, or you could remove the glass from a 5x7 frame & display it that way.
