Happy Holidays! Welcome the holiday season in with these cute Alpaca socks. Thunder Mile Ranch is mainly comprised of Suri Alpacas with a few Huacaya in the mix. Our ranch is located in scenic western Montana. We raise our alpacas on nutrient rich Montana hay & alfalfa. Each Spring we humanely harvest the fiber. Once harvested some of our fiber is sent to the New England Alpaca Fiber Pool (NEAFP) for processing. The fiber is then used in some of the products in the shop. If you buy one of the products that states it is NEAFP processed you will be purchasing a 100% American grown & 100% American processed item. Also, by purchasing one of the items that state NEAFP processed you are supporting Alpaca farmers & small businesses, like mine, all across the country.
