This listing is for ONE (1) ceramic ornament measuring approximately 2.75" in diameter. It is personalized on one side only & comes with a free gift box. For this design, you can personalize the three text lines: the family name, the name, & the date. HOW TO ORDER: 1. in the personalization field, provide family name, name, & date (in desired formatting). 2. Add to cart. If you are purchasing multiple ornaments, please add them as individual items to your cart & then checkout with one order. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING: Please double-check all order details & your shipping address. It is our policy to ship to the address listed on the invoice. If you need to change the shipping address, place a new order & notify us immediately. The first order will be a placeholder in our order list & will be canceled & refunded. If the order has already been shipped to the incorrect address, we do not cover the postage for return shipping. Processing time (the time needed to complete the order) will varycheck the listing for the most up to date processing. Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (USPS Priority Mail is available on check out for an additional fee). We are not responsible for transit delays & cannot guarantee the delivery date or offer refunds for late packages. AT OUR DISCRETION, SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION MAY BE REQUIRED FOR ORDERS OVER $100. If so, please be available to sign for the package delivery or arrange for pick up at your local post office. If the package is unclaimed or returned to sender for any reason, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
