This new cookie has a chocolate cookie bottom with a generous spoonful of marmalade topped with a Vanilla / Almond cookie layer. We score it in wedges similar to the chocolate ball which when eaten, opens up into chocolate orange sections, like an orange!! We use our loved cocoa sugar cookie dough, as in the 'Jaded' Jammie & the Sacher Jammie then topped with our classic Vanilla & Almond sugar cookie dough, used in the Original Jammie, the Blonde & Lemon cookies. The Orange Marmalade is intensified with a splash of Orange Extract. If you love Jammies & Chocolate, you will definitely find these new Jammies a treat.
