This beautiful 4" by 5" portrait plaque from a midwest estate was made to commemorate the 1897 Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria. It is in excellent condition with no problems other than a new hanger on the back. I could not find a mark, but might possibly be obscured by the new adhesive. I found an identical plaque that sold online & was marked DOULTON BURSLEM. Please view all of the attached photos for an accurate representation.
