Carl Larsson (1853-1919) is one of the most famous Swedish artists & perhaps the most beloved people. He is known for his watercolor paintings of idyllic family life. Carl Larsson was a painter & interior designer, representative of the Arts & Crafts Movement. This is perfect example of his work & his style. I have been collecting vintage images for years, drawn by their beauty & versatility. I have decided to share a few of them here on Etsy, wanting others to have the pleasure of enjoying them, so many forgotten, all of them unique & beautiful. There is something so simple & sincere in these greetings from decades ago...something so important now. Cards come as collections of 8 in a kraft paper box with clear top for easy storage. They are individually hand-printed here in my studio in Hudson, NY. They measure 4.25"x 5.5" & come with envelopes. $24. for 8 cards.
