We have made couple sports related custom rings for customers & they ended up being a hit! This is our first sports memorabilia ring we will launch with more to come! This baseball themed ring is made of crushed baseball cork & layered with sections of vintage 1940 Hanna Batrite baseball bat & leather with bits of stitching from Babe Ruth collectors balls (we try our best to add at least some form of text from the ball into your ring) & lastly small swatches of Rawlings baseball glove! What does this guarantee mean? Simply put, we stand by our craftsmanship. If for any reason the ring fails (fractures in the ring core, fading or yellowing of the Epoxy or CA Glue components, materials fall out, or other instances that may be due to the construction of the ring, we will take it back & replace your ring for free!) The only thing we ask is that you are patient with us if your ring contains extremely rare materials such as T. Rex bones due to scarcity or supply shortages.. All you have to do is send back the ring & we will handle the rest! We will even pay for postage both ways & ship back in a timely manner! You must be in contact with us via Etsy messenger or email us directly at info@marimargalleria.com so we can send you a postage label. Our limited lifetime warranty will not cover dropping your ring, chemical breakdown (muriatic acids commonly found in pool cleaners or other chemicals such as acetone) or lost/stolen rings. in the event your ring arrives & you are not completely satisfied with it, please contact us immediately so we can help you out! To negate this issue, our staff is always in close contact with you! We keep you updated that your order has been received, who is working on it, an estimated timeline, & pictures of the final product for your approval! We work with you on incorrect sizing! We always highly recommend that you go to a jeweler & have the finger you wish to wear the ring properly sized! Too much of an inconvenience? We will mail a ring sizer to your doorstep for free! Please just message us & ask. No strings attached. Keep in mind that ring sizing can change sometimes depending on how hot or cold it may be which can cause shrinking or swelling of the fingers. Ring still not fitting properly? Mail the ring back in its original condition with all contents & we will remake your ring for the simple cost of $50.00 (This includes a complete remake in the proper size, shipping to & from & insurance!
