This precious medal depicts Our Lady of Fatima & the three children, Francisco, Jacinta & Lucia. It is made of 18k gold vermeil & measures 16mm in diameter. The chain is 18 inches long & made of 18K gold vermeil. OUR LADY OF FATIMA, is a Catholic title of the Blessed Virgin Mary based on the famed Marian apparitions reported in 1917 by three shepherd children at the Cova da Iria, in Fátima, Portugal. The three children were Lúcia dos Santos & her cousins Francisco & Jacinta Marto. The Blessed Mother appeared to these three children a number of times ending with the Miracle of the Sun.
