(I also have options of solid background ) It is made with high quality thread on sparkly material & backed with iron-on, adhesive material. It can also be sewn on. YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR BACKGROUND COLOR FROM THE DROP MMENU. Non sparkly colors are at the bottom of the drop menu under No Sparkle. Iron-on most fabrics may not adhere properly on water proof fabric & sewing may be needed for added security.
