I am happy to provide recommendations for custom framers upon request. ABOUT ME: I am a full-time, working artist in Philadelphia, PA, where I have been based since 2011. A NY native, I have a Bachelors of Fine Art in Drawing & Painting from Alfred University (2006) & a Masters of Fine Art in Drawing & Painting from the Pennsylvania State University (2010). I began using watercolor in 2005 while studying abroad at the Santa Reparata International School of Art in Florence, Italy. I am also proficient in oil & acrylic/latex, am an avid sketchbook user, & sometimes create collages from found objects. in addition to my Studio practice, I also gig as a scenic artist (painting scenery & backdrops for opera, theatre, tv, museums etc) & muralist in & around Philadelphia. Until the Pandemic I also taught as an adjunct instructor at several colleges & universities in the Mid-Atlantic region. Turnaround time varies by the size, complexity & medium of your project, time of year & the artist's availability/current workload. The AVERAGE time for a custom watercolor is 7-10 business days, before shipping. The AVERAGE time for a custom oil painting is 3-4 months. Expect longer wait times on orders placed between November & December. 2.
