VINTAGE Carpet Bag Purse. Gorgeous Fall Handbag with Metal Clip. This smaller handbag or carpet bag purse is in terrific vintage condition I really don't think it has been used more than a few times if at all! The outside is covered by a thick carpet-like fabric in beautiful fall colors. The inside is lined with a thick vinyl plastic & it is really clean. The small zipper opens & closes easily; pocket lining is also clean & unmarked. This bag is built on a gold-colored metal frame with matching hardware latch; latch remains tightly attached & is in very good working order. Two thick vinyl handles are attached via rivets. The bottom or underside of the handbag is flat so it stands nicely. Handbag measures 7" in height (12" including handles) x 12" in width x 4-3/4" in depth.
