A magical exhibition poster with art by Marc Chagall. The art on the poster is called "The Red Rider" & was painted in 1957. The poster was made to promote an exhibition in Charlottenborg in Copenhagen, Denmark. Marc Zakharovich Chagall (1887-1985) was a Russian-French artist who is famous for mixing many artistic styles into colorful & sensual artworks. Or as Pablo Picasso said one day in 1950: "When Matisse dies, Chagall will be the only painter left who understands what color really is".
