This item is a professionally-produced art print of my original 2022 sketch illustrating the Art Deco landmark Buffalo City Hall in Buffalo, New York. My sketches are done with pencil, ink, & colored pencil with minor digital touch-ups done for printing purposes. Prints are done on premium matte paper, with the subject labeled on the reverse side. I personally sign each print in the lower right corner. The watermark will not be present on the print itself. SHIPPING NOTE: Typically, smaller sizes (up to 8"x12") are stocked & would ship in 1-2 days from time or order; larger sizes are made-to-order & may take up to a week to ship.
