Under personalization - enter any name, word, initial or specifications you want. SHIPPING -Making candles takes 1 or 2 days depends on the order. -Candles coming in cardboard box carefully wrapping with bubble wrap. -We use USPS First class/Priority mail from Michigan (tracking included) What if my candles are damaged during shipping? Please contact me ASAP. Take a picture of the damage send it to me, I will either send replacement or refund the money. Sending a good & quality product is my first priority.
