If I have not started on your design, I do not mind cancelling your order. Please be courteous of this policy Proof will be sent in Etsy messages within 48 hours, usually much sooner. We use professional print paper in a soft white 250 GSM card stock. Printer is a high-end professional Canon used for artwork.
