This is a one of a kind traditional niner chaplet,dedicated to a great Saint of the 20th century: Blessed Alvaro del Portillo. These chaplets consist of 3 sets of 3 beads with the saint's medal at the end, either as a loop or in a straight line. Regardless of the configuration, you invoke the Saint's aid on the medal & say an Our Father, Hail Mary & Glory be on each bead in the 3 groups. The beads are 8mm hematite color crystal, individually capped in silver plated caps. The silver color medal is from the Beatification of Blessed Alvaro. On the front is a picture of him with the date of his beatification & the text in latin.On the back side is Our Lady with his episcopal motto: Regnare Christum volumus.
