The Game of States & Cities, or Turn Over Cards, a Parker Brothers game, copyright 1946. This is an educational card game, with 48 cards (pre Alaska & Hawaii). Each card asks (and answers), what is the capital, state flower, & state nickname, plus they have additional questions specific to their state. The cards are about 5 by 3 inches. There are no instructions included with this game. I have organized & counted the cards to verify all 48 are included. There are also two advertising cards (picture 10). The ad cards have some stains, but the state cards appear to be in fairly good, used condition. The original box has wear, especially on the corners, but remains sturdy.
