ITEM/ORDER DETAILS: Cookies are sold by the dozen (sets of 12) Each cookie measures approximately 3 - 4 inches. Each cookie is individually bagged in a clear, heat-sealed bag to maintain freshness for up to 4 weeks! Please note that larger quantities (3 dozen or more) WILL require a longer processing time. CUSTOMIZATION: These cookies can be customized! Please send a message after purchase to specify colors, add a name, a number, etc., We will contact you if we need more information! We can do a mixture of different designed cookies & different quantities; please send us a conversation if you would like to place a special order! On some posts, I've added extra photos of other very similar orders/styles for reference! SHIPPING/PROCESSING TIMES: All cookies are made to order & require 14 business days processing time, unless previously discussed SHIPPING VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL ORDERS, TYPICALLY 3 DAYS Unfortunately, we CANNOT guarantee delivery times. Occasionally delays may occur at the post office, but we do our best to make sure you get your package in a timely manner & ship with at least 1 extra transit day (if time allows)! All cookies will be carefully wrapped & packaged in bubble wrap to protect during transit. However, once it leaves us, it is out of our hands, & we are not responsible for broken cookies. Due to temperature changes during shipping, color seepage MAY happen, we are not responsible for any color seepage during shipping. We take photos prior to shipping & will send that photo once complete!
