This is a new Deluxe Princess Cone hat. The hat is made with gorgeous white with sliver metallic brocade stretched over a cardboard frame, so it holds its shape very well. It is trimmed with beautiful braid or sequins & has a veil made with tulle. It has an adjustable elastic to hold it in place Available in three sizes. Small is approximately 9-1/2" tall with a 17-1/2" circumference around the base. (suggested for toddlers age 1 to 3) Medium is approximately 11-1/2" tall with a 21" circumference around the base. (suggested ages 3 & up) Large is approximately 12-1/2" tall with a 24" circumference around the base. (suggested for adults) Suggested ages are exactly that. Suggestions. It depends on how you want to wear your hat Please note: The hats vary. Because these hats are handmade, the trims & veils may be different from the pictures depending on what I have available at the time I make them. The veil will possibly be made with glitter tulle.
