This is an 11"x17" signed & numbered print by Mike James. The original is hand-drawn in pen & ink using the technique of pointillism (small dots that form an entire image). I'll sketch some of the drawing on site, but will freehand draw the rest from photos I take. The process is time-consuming & can require many hours to complete. This drawing is of Ernest Spangler Stadium, the football home of Gardner-Webb University. When I though about drawing this scene, I wanted to show a larger-than-life bulldog coming in the north side of the stadium from the pond/campus area. Prints are from a limited edition series of 250 prints. Includes print, foam-core backing, & about-the-artist flyer within an acid-free packaging.
