Shape size is measured from the longest side of the shape; in some shapes it is the length & some it is the width. Each wood cutout is made from 1/8", 1/4", or 3/4" thick birch plywood. Laser cut wood will have slightly discolored edges, but can easily be sanded, painted or stained over. Most 3/4" thick cutouts are cut by hand & may have slight deviations.
