He has a gold metallic paper collar with a gold metallic ribbon bow tie This cute felt elf measures 4 1/2" in height, & 1 5/8" in width. I do have two of these so they may vary slightly the quality will be the same. Going through my Christmas items I just found 6 brand new Delta Novelty Co. elves in different colors.
