They have the notches cut out as well as being perforated to get those extra details. They are printed on heavy white cardstock or other material of your choice. -HOW TO ORDER- 1. PURCHASE THE AMOUNT YOU NEED If you want to add extras such as address printing, etc we will invoice you upon the final design approval. 2.
