Just over 11/16" (1.8 cm) tall at the face by just over 13/16" (2.2 cm) wide. The band is about 1/16" (2 mm) wide & thick at the palm. Marked '925'. I don't see any other markings or hallmarks. This is a typical handmade ring from Turkey, however it does not have any Turkey assay marks. Light weight - 7.8 g / .28 oz. I believe this may depict a Manticore. Manticore beasts date back to Greek mythology & Persian folklore. They have the head of a man, body of a lion with a stinger on the tail & can also be shown with dragon wings. They're fierce predators & are very cunning. They can be either a deadly enemy or a powerful ally.
