Description
This is a beautiful one of a kind handcrafted pendant inspired by the ancient Macedonians. It is modeled after a real existing coin minted in the Kingdom of Macedonia in the 4th century BC. This particular coin was minuted under the reign of Philip II, father of Alexander the Great. The front side of the pendant features the head of Zeus with laurels & a beard. The backside of the pendant has a depiction of a youth on horseback on horseback wielding either a javelin or spear. The frame around the pendant is made of 24k solid gold. There is a beautiful round cut diamond on the bottom of the pendant also set in a 24k gold bezel. The bail is made with solid 24k yellow gold. The pendant comes with a 20 inch plain silver chain. There is also the option of choosing a chain with a diamond clasp. That chain is made out of sterling silver & it is two tone with gold plating.
