Vintage Souvenir State Plate from Illinois, the Land of Lincoln Blue Transferware 9 1/4" Diameter Features lake front Chicago, Springfield, New Salem, I 55 & is very retro. This plate has no scratches or wear noted. However, one edge at 2 o'clock was noted to be chipped. The chip area has been repaired & is not readily noticeable unless you are looking for it.
